This is what I have so far but I have a few options that I am considering.
1) Scrap the Eldar allies and the Ethereal and add a Buffmander and more Firewarriors. Like the phycic defense and the ability to make both Riptides twin-linked from his powers and the speed if the bikes, but don't know if a Buffmander would work better.
2) Drop the Landing Pad and 2 Missile Drones and add another Jet Bike squad and an ADL.
3) Drop the Landing pad and 2 Missile Drones to add an ADL with Quad gun. This is what I will likely do as I have very little AA.

What is the point of the landing pad? Haven't used one so not sure the point?
Also you have a TON of heavy support, which is good but I am not sure about having that much...but I don't normally bring that much stuff so you know everyone plays differently
Why not slap that Farseer on a jetbike and bring more jetbikes? That would give you better scoring units than 2 units of 6 firewarriors will.
Groups of 6 firewarriors are going to die...FAST so either bring more firewarriors (groups of 9 are good) or bring some more jetbikes, or even a group of dire avengers in a wave serpent. That would give you more of the benefits of Eldar since wave serpents and jetbikes are SICK haha

With the landing pad, I assume your going to castle the warriors/seer/pathfinders/ethereal/broadsides up there in one big party. Ethereal/farseer buffs, and dakka away. Riptides go do riptide stuff, skyray and hammerhead for support.
That works farily well, but any decent amount of blast weapons will ruin your day. 4++ won't hold up to any sustained amount of dakka, and being huddled on the pad is asking for a pie plate. This also locks 2 of your 3 scoring units up on the pad, so no way to get objectives. I agree about getting more jetbikes or scoring in general.
That said, I like the seer over the buffmander. Psychic defense is not that critical, but it helps. The buffmander is a bit set in what it does, and costs a fair penny. The farseer is cheaper, and although guide/prescience is a nice default, the potential support powers are fantastic. Doom, fortune, forwarning, perfect timing, misfortune, puppet master, invisibility, hallucination and psychic shriek are great. The buffmander would give you a tougher HQ so your not giving your warlord out; if you keep the ethereal bubble in with the sides and you should be ok.
If you swap the hammerhead for a second skyray, it would fix most of your issues. Between EWO sides and 2 skyrays, you should be okay on anti air. The skyray also brings mobile markerlight support, making you less dependent on pathfinders. Drop a unit of pathfinders to get another jetbike squad.
For the rays, take disruption pods and smart missiles

I can just imagine what a pod army will do to your scoring units. Sure you can EWO at 2 units, but that wont stop 30-40 turn 1 marines wiping out your 2 fire warrior and 2 pathfinder units before you can blink.

Yea, that helps a bit. The issue i saw was that you had no real scoring troops. Adding another jetbike squad will help with this. Still, you are a little weak in the scoring department. You'll probably have to hide your troops as much as possible to prevent them from being shot off the board.
