this is my list for 1000 tau army,Please rate and comment it

I run a very similar list, I would say take out one or both squads of pathfinders for a few reasons, first if you lose one model they will run for the hills. Second, if you give your commander the command and control node, his unit can re-roll failed to hit if he doesn't shoot (twin link marker lights anyone). I have found that at that point level you will get plenty of markerlights. Tau work best when they all shoot at the same target anyways. Another way to go is give as many units as possible marker drones and cascade the lights.
