On Lando's card for YT1000 it states on executing a green maneuver assign a focus token etc.
But if Lando's ship bumps another ship and cannot complete maneuver has the move been executed.

Yes.
Just like if you hit a ship or obstacle while under a green manoeuvre you still get to remove a stress token. To my knowledge, the only thing that isn't treated as normal from that point of view is you do not get to turn around on a K Turn if there is a collision, otherwise I think all other effects resolve regardless.
Someone may well contradict me, but that's how we've been playing it for the last year, and I'm pretty confident that's correct.

Ha ha, first two posts with opposite answers.
I'm more than happy to be proved wrong.
Removing the stress token even if you don't finish your manoeuvre is a pretty convincing argument.

You still executed the maneuver, you still get the forced bonus from it. If you bump, you lose an action, but the forced focus isn't an action. You keep it. No worries.
