Those Venomthropes are just asking to give out First Blood to a cover-ignoring weapon. I would suggest you make them a single brood. Also you lack serious anti-tank, so some of the haywire grubs wouldn't be bad for the Tyrants or some Hive guards (you would have to drop a Fex most likely thought)
