I went light on troops because I have few boyz currently and the game is just for fun. My opponent does not field transports (yet) and his heavy hitter is a dreadnought (he has the dark vengence box set with everything being chaos-y). The general plan is to utterly destroy any heldrake he might field with my own jets. I've always wanted to field Flash gitz but won't due to the fact they compete for my wagonz. I don't plan to win just have a rousing game at my local shop.

Flash Gitz are trash man... like, so bad they'll suck the fun out of your game. But if your gonna take them, make sure you give them more dakka... which you seem to have not done here

I was afraid of that, I thought the AP2 would have over rided their trash qualities. Alright then, back to the drawing board then.

They got ap d6 (unless you ment badruk)so you are never safe, they are more of a fun unit.. But at this pointlimmit Flash gitz are just too expensive.
Atleast they got ignore cover along with the faq.

I say make the boyz squads bigger, skip the gitz, get some grots for the big mek w/ SAG for look out sirs and some nobz with pks for the boyz maybe add another killa kan just for fun

Sorry man, Gitz are irredeemable.

40k is not a game where you can take subpar units and make them good - units are either effective or they're not and there is little player skill can do to change that
