Both lists look fine.

Abby with a Carni because of SG? Generally people run the Scythean instead since he's cheaper and carnivore really turns him on.

For the eLylyth list, its very ranged skew, which is a lot of matches is fine, but not having any real beaters in the list might be an issue. I'd recommend maybe swapping out the Seraph and DS for another shepherd and a Scythean, or 9 pts of melee beatstick.

The tourney isn't till Sunday here so tonight I'm gonna play test with both and take your advice and test it as well

Do you believe the Scythean would be able to out perform a carni?

Yea I was thinking the same for elylth but she really doesn't do a whole lot for melee beasts do you think and Angelius would do well in this list?

The difference on damage between the Scythean and the Carni is very minimal, but they are very different beasts. The Carni is 2 pts more because of the Animus. Spiny Growth is great, but if you're not really locked in to using that Animus, I'd say stick to the cheaper beater who also has REACH which is really the big draw. It will level heavies with volume of attacks and Carnivore helps it's Mat 6 issues and turns on its Chain Attack blood bath since its a lot more accurate.

As far as adding a Scythean or Angel for Lylyth it depends on what you want for her. A lot of people actually use Typhon with her for a 4 spray heavy beater, but @35pts I think its a little much. For raw damage output, the Scythean is better than the Angelius, but only has an 11" threat range, no ranged weapon, and no flight, and can be knocked down. The Angel has a gun, an AP attack, flight and a 12" natural threat range and can't be knocked down but will not take down a heavy unless it has been previously damaged by your ranged elements. I think both are viable, but one offers more hitting power while the other offers some defense tech, speed, scenario based animus etc.

Try out both and see what works for you.
