I see a lot of people asking for alternatives for the GW Greater Daemons because they're so dated, so here is a list of some alternatives!

These are in N&R at the moment as they're not for sale yet but definitely worth keeping an eye on: http://www.creaturecaster.com/collections/all

Also check http://www.ultraforgeminiatures.com/ for a variety of Daemons Princes and Greater Daemons.

I am definitely getting in on that kickstarter.

I have not been the person I was since I stopped being him.

I love the Ultraforge daemons, they are top notch.

A lot cheaper, although often smaller, are the Reaper bones demons and other big monsters:

The Cthullu would be an interesting take on either Nurgle (fat) or Tzeetch (creepy and winged).

Automatically Appended Next Post:
More reaper demons will be coming near the end of 2014, as the second kickstarter delivers.

Slightly off topic: does anybody have good leads on demon troops? there are plenty of demon models out there, but rarely in a vareity of poses.

Heres a thread with a lot of alternates that I found useful when I was starting my "use as few GW models as possible" 40K Daemons army.
