Hello, I used to play Tau and Nids back in 4th/5th Edition but when my group collapsed I was out in the cold. Haven't played much 40k since but I've gotten some minis over the years for painting and have kept up with the rules and fluff just in case I wanted to get back into the game. Started watchin some batreps last year, picked up the rule book and started intensely re-learning the game to better understand what I was watching XD and this year, I've decided to start up an army get it fully painted(a task I never did when I played as I lacked patients XD) and start playing again! Ive slowly collected various books, picking up Nids when they came out, and the Swarm is calling me. I've poured over it several times, and thought it was pretty good, and really wanted to give it a go. Then I checked online and saw all the hate it got, and that REALLY made me want to play em XD. Im really looking forward to talkin to people meetin all you cool people while I re-learn/re-adjust to this game ^^
