Decent enough list, here are some tips/advice.
*The MSS on the Overlord is going to see very little use w/o Phaeron. It's FAR too easy for your opponents to get around on the turn they charge. Since your best option is the Immortals, you're prob not going to be charging too often. If you need points, then drop the Phylactery, It's not worth the points, unless you can roll a 5-6 AFTER the Overlord goes down.
*I keep seeing lists with more than 2 Flyers and as more Codex get released with Flyers of their own, this would be the first place to cut stuff from your list. I'd recommend dropping the 3rd Nightscythe, and bulking out the numbers on the Warrior units on the other 2 Squads. Don't underestimate the value of being able to carry 15 models. Dropping 15 Rapid Fire shots on your enemy often have more of an impact than that 3rd Nightscythe.
*I'm not a fan of the D-Lord/Wraith combo. It's SUPER EFFECTIVE and fun, but CC is NOT a Necron strength. With the FAQ, Whip Coils aren't worth it. (In my experience, but others will disagree.). If you're going to run the D-Lord with them, then 1-3 is plenty, since your opponents will probably pour shots into this unit.
*Since you are running light on troops starting on the board, I'd find the points to get a Lord with an orb in that 2nd squad of Immortals. It's not hard to drop all 10 anymore, so those first turns, if you're outgunned (Dark Eldar, Eldar, Tau, IG, and Most Marines) then you should get all the protection you can. If both those units go, then your 6 man squads aren't going to save you without Luck.
If you do drop the 3rd Nightscythe and bulk out the Warriors, experiment with switching the Immortals into the Nightscythes and start with Warriors on the board. That Gauss really shines when in Rapid Fire range, and the Nightscythes really help them accomplish that. Both are effective, it's just a matter of finding which ones you like.
Good luck and Have Fun.
