I never need more than paper and a calculator to make my lists. But if you like this sort of program I won't hate you.

Its a pretty good list builder, it puts the different weapons selected for the squads under them with information such as range, number of shot certain weapons get, and any special rules different squads have.

Easyarmy, both the FoW and now the Bolt Action versions, have been responsible for a lot more fun gaming every game night.

It may seem like making armies is a fun part of the night, but it's a lot of wasted time that could be spent playing games with friends. Even if you build lists before game night, this speeds up list building, allows you to experiment more, and it also keeps all the information organized. It reduces how much you have to look up whenever there's a question.

I know that members of my gaming group will often avoid playing new stuff until it shows up on easyarmy. For players that are new to a game, or wargaming entirely, it helps players choose an army with the least amount of fuss.

It's been so instrumental in getting games played in my gaming group that I'd honestly want to hire Gregg to make a list building site for the game I'm developing.

Thanks guys.

If pencil and paper are still your thing, go with that.

For the others, this speeds up the list building considerably, especially all the "what-ifs" in a short amount of time. It also helps you to quickly throw together some of your friends or opponents expected lists so you can work out your strategies.

I think the main benefit is the listing of the stats and special rules so you're not thumbing through books all night. And the ability to print or email the PDFs to easily hand out to opponents, tournament organizers, or new players trying to get into the game.

If anyone has suggestions for updates, please email me.

Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, and Poland lists added. Only Greek and Partisan lists left to do, before starting the Additional Units PDF.
