Hi guys,

I wanted to get people thoughts and oppinions on how people tackled the Ghost Ark when painting it. I have two and there are so many things to consider when painting it, I can't seem to get my head around a way to paint it effectivly.

My Necron color scheme is silver (groooan) with the green rods and purple armour, details plates ect. but they are painted very dark, so the silver doesn't look like the usual Necron shiny shiny models you get.
The idea I have in my head at the moment is the lower half of the model being silver as well as the crescent at the back. Then the side plating and upper panels on the ribs having the purple color on them. This is very hard to explain without pictures (Which I don't have yet) but I hope it makes a little bit of sense.

"I hate 6th! Fix it GW!!!"
"Seventh edition? Feth that GW! I'm sticking with sixth to show you who is boss! Via la revolution!"
"I'm not buying anything from you no more! Apart from three riptides, new codex, starter set and rulebook... but that's it!"

And that is how I see Dakka ^_^
