Today I played my Necrons against an interesting Tau army. I cannot recall all the details so you'll have forgive me, but it was based on fluff and stealth/shrouded. 1,500 pts. I had trouble deciding what forum this should go in so I decided here would be best.

HQ:
Shadowsun (thanks to Disturb3d for clarifyng) She also had a drone that allowed re-rolling ones to hit accompanying her.

Troops:
Huge mob of Kroot - sniper rounds
Huge mob of Kroot - sniper rounds
Huge mob of Kroot with Kroothound for acute senses - outflanked
Huge mob of Kroot with Kroothound for acute senses - outflanked

Elites:
Stealthsuits with fusions mixed in the commander and her drone were with this squad.
Stealthsuits with fusions mixed in. - infiltrated
Stealthsuits with fusions mixed in. - never came in

My opponenet also had:
3x pathfinders with marker lights in a squad of around 10ish sniper drones
a squad of 5 markerlight drones

My 3 Annihilation Barges and 10 tesla immortals devastated the hordes while a wraithstar with destroyer lord took out the HQ squad. My opponent conceded on turn 3 I believe.
I thought this list would be interesting for you guys, any thoughts? How would it have performed against an army without so much tesla?
Something else I learned, Markerlights + Overwatch + Fusion blasters= :(
If you have any info about the warlord or anything please let me know so I can fill in the gaps.

Well the warlord was Shadowsun. While the list would be fun to play it lacks in power. Blast templates and high strength shots from ion and rail weapons would have helped as well as higher AP value. I could see the stealth units being really annoying to deal with with their 2+ saves
