Lord with the terms in land raider.. What are peoples opinion on this? Thank you for your input.

Why are the plague marines not rocking a pair of spec guns? Drop all GoM and ichor to give them a second plasmagun. If you find more points then consider combi plasma on champ.

Take pf off of termi champ since he needs to challenge. Take stock pow mual for GEq or pow sword for MEq.

Drop warpflames from pred & lr so you cn put combi melta on rhinos or dirge+dozers on rhino.

What is your plan with the Sorc? Why pick a disk and then nothing to accompany him? I would also consider picking MoS instead of MoT if you are going to mark him, in my opinion MoS powers are a bit better than MoT.

Instead of the Predator try using a Vindicator shorter range but great weapon and siege shield upgrade
