playing at 500pts is certainly a challenge as when you look what can you get for 500pts with the Eldar as there frickin expensive! list after list and I cant find any thing that wow if you know what I mean.
this is the list I'm thinking of trying next, but if you have a list of your own please reply, don't worry about models as I have them all except heavy support platforms.

Shard of anaris
6x windrider jet bikes
2x shuriken Cannons

This can be fairly competitive.
Altough I'm not sure how can I even use the word "fair" when we're talking about a 500p list with a flyer.
And your putting too many points on your HQ. At low points, keep things simple. A Farseer with Jetbike will be all you need.
Seems like a good list.
