I have a competitive tourney coming up next month and need your help to decide between two lists, I am also open to any suggestions, I have all units in codex.

List 1:

- Coteaz
- 4x of 3 MM Servitors and a RB with TLAC and Psybotl Ammunition
(RB runs empty, and Servitors camp objective with Coteaz in a group)
- 2x Interceptor Squads with 2x Psycannon, Justicar with Halberd, and 7x Swords
(Combat squadding, providing my RBs longevity by alpha striking)
- 2x Psifleman Dreads
(AA and Tank busting)
- 2x Purifiers with 2x Psycannon and RB with TLAC and Psybolt Ammo
(These guys ride in RB load out turn one and provide middle support)

or

List 2

- Crowe
- 6x Purifier Squads w/ 2x Psycannon, 2x Halberd, 1x Hammer
- 2x Psifleman Dreads

This list has 25 points left to spare.

Let me know your opinion on the best list and what you would change about it if anything.

Sorry to say but both are terrible for a tourney with list 2 being less bad than the first.

The first list your troops are only 12 bodies spread in 4 units on foot with the mindlock rule. They will die to a single firewarrior looking at them sideways.

The second you at least have some decent troops. I recommend you post how many members are in each purifier squad though as people will assume it's a 5 man squad. If that's the case your 1850pt army comes in at 1314pts.

The second is much better IMO, but I'm not to keen on either TBH

As with all lists when a significant amount of spam is utilised, there will always be a gnawing, gnashing, in-removable tickle in the back of your throat caused by knowing that there is a hard counter out there waiting to crush your hopes of winning the game, like that one guy who takes dark eldar venom spam and you have an undefeated MC list. Grey knights are now the 5th ed Eldar army where synergy is the key, try making a TAC list, you may be pleasantly surprised. Best of luck.

I should mention is is a local tourney, nothing too competitive. How would I go about building a TAC list?
