I was thinking of trying out a high model count Eldar list. It is modeled after the FoB winning list (though at 1500 it is significantly different)

Thoughts.

It actually looks pretty good. Those Guardian-blobs can be scary when combined with Farseer support
(are the Warlocks going in Guardian squads?)

Your whole list seems to be pretty quick and mobile. I like it.
Altough I might concider some different heavy weapons for Guardians. Dealing with 2+ armor is the last thing they need

Looks awesome, but as stated above, drop the starcannons. I would get brightlances for some anti AV13/14.

I was a bit indecisive on the heavy weapons. I considered all of the except the ML. BL seemed kind of out of place since it means that 18 guardians in each squad are just looking at the tank (I suppose 17 since one guy can heave a plasma grenade)

The warlocks are planning to go into the squads and likely take conceal to increase their survivability (but obviously that depends on what they roll)

The thing here is that 2 Starcannons are not going to add that much to a squad that is already putting 40 rending shots into anything that gets within 12" Ouside of that range, you would only be shooting the heavy weapon anyway and it would probably be more usefull to be popping tanks than killing around 2 MEQ a turn. Plus without the BL, if your WK dies, you have no way to even glance AV 14.

Hard to argue with any of that.
