Hi guys just wanted show off my new project

They are wip need bases doing weathering powders and battle damage

Any criticism welcome

But you're here anyway. These look good albeit the red on the far right one looks a tad shaky. Other than that some nicely done models, I'd like a few closeups.

I always love good pre-heresy death guard. I'd be really curious to hear how you painted them.

I like them.....what wash did you use?

The armour isn't finished yet still needs weathering powder and battle damage
But all I did was
Paint white
Wash earth shade
Use a very bright bleached bone to go over the raised areas
Wash seraphim sepia
And go over raised areas with brightened up bleached bone.

I am going to be doing both one lead by garro the other by thypus

I've magnetized my weapons so that I can run mine as loyalist SM (Iron Hands chapter tactics for the Feel No Pain), 30K, or as vanilla Chaos Space Marines/Havoks for that army.

Can i ask a question here???? I have just finished one of the horus heresy books, and the death guard colours are an un-painted steel/ceramite. where does this colour scheme come from??

By "this color scheme" do you mean the one that Brother Marcus posted or is the question more general to the white and green schema?
