Technically yes. It would take quite a bit of practice and i imagine that you would be doing the nail art. Also, i did nt see it on the mobile site, That co.pressor doesn't list the decibel rating though. So it might be quite loud while th e tank is filled. Although one of the reviews said it wasn't that loud. You might need to set up in the garage.

Might work. Take care that there is good ventilation in the room going outside. You'll also want to invest in a respirator that is classed to handle atomised paint.
Seriously though for a bill you can't go wrong. Eventually you might want to invest in a better airbrush. But the Chinese ones St the job done and are so cheap.
