Here is my list I am going to take to the tourney.

HQ:

Coteaz w/ Divination
OM w/ Terminator Armour and Psycannon

Troops:

2x 3 MM Servitors w/ Razorback with TL PsyCannon (where inquisitors go)
3x 7 Acolyte w/ Razorback with TL PsyCannon (for Objectives)

Fast:

2x 10 Interceptor with 2 Psycannon (Combat squad)

Heavy:

2x Dreadknight with Tp and GS/Incenerator

I have 21 points to use for acolyte weapon upgrades, what should I do for those?

I don't think 2 scoring units will cut it.
If you took a grand master you could take up to 3 more units scoring depending on your D3 roll.
I love my NDK, they are even better scoring. If your mission is big guns then make your Interceptors scoring and switch with scouring.

Not much in the way of Anti Air either

Not a fan of Razorbacks either personally, they're just free first bloods in games I play
