From my math your a bit over. The unit choices are solid, and I think the tournament will be fun and challenging.

Drop the psycannon off the GM. It is WAY too expensive for what you get, even with the good BS. Take an incinerator for bargain killing power. Might want to load up on some cool toys; blind grenades are an outright steal, while rad and psychotroke are also good.

The strike squad should drop all halbreds except for the one on the justicar. Terminators can only take 1 psycannon, but otherwise good. Maybe a halbred in there for I6.

If you can afford, get psybolt on the stormraven to boost the bolters and AC. I like the dreadknight, don't swap for the psyfle dread.

yeah i was thinking that with the grand master, i want to drop the servo skulls but they let me put my vindicare in a prime position without them infiltrating near him.

the strike squad with halberds, well thats because i run a crowe army. so purifiers and halberds make cc gods. dont actually have any strike squad marines so im just using my purifiers. which means i have no swords!

i will find a way to get psybolt ammo on the raven even if i have to 8 man marine squad

since im using grand strat i dont need to combat squad my marines to have more capture troops and if i get a really good roll my termies will get counter attack when they deep strike woooo.

its a fun list imo and i know i am gonna get hit with a biker troop list. i mainly see sm csm cd and eldar armies rolling up, maybe a tau or two so im basing around them
