You're light on Troops. The general rule of thumb is 1 Squad for every 500 points. You have two when you should have 3.5 (round up or down as you please). I would drop the Chaos Spawn in favour of another squad of Plague Marines. With two squads in an objective-based game, your opponent simply needs to wipe them out to win.

I somewhat agree with Mizzri about the troops, but I wouldn't drop the Spawn. I would try to squeeze 90 points somewhere and add in another Plaguebearer squad. Also consider changing the meltas on a plague marine squad to plasma guns.
I don't have my codex in front of me, but I don't think you can take a PF, LC, and the BBoS on your Lord, as you don't have enough starting weapons (Bolt Pistol and CCW) to exchange.

Response to mizzri, i don't htroops i have 2 troops i have 3 unless plaguebearers are no longer troops.
response to jitactical, the portal glyph allows me to spawn more troops, my plan is to plant the plaguebearers and the herald on an objective with the defense line, and spawn more troops to defend it.

Plaguebearers are troops, so I think you're ok on numbers of troops, esp. with the Portaglyph. However, jitactical is correct in that your Lord is currently illegal. Both the lightning claw and the power fist would replace the Lord's current weapons, leaving no weapon to exchange for the Brand. Since he's rolling with a bunch of Spawn at I2, I'd drop the lightning claw.
Otherwise looks like a pretty solid Nurgle list!

I'd drop a squad of plague marines for some cultists. then you can keep the spawn for your lord on the bike to roll with. I actually prefer a squad of MoN bikes with meltas for this setup. I can usually fit 6 or so bikes in.
