So Cadre would go with one of the fire warror squads that don't have a Shas'ui. The crisis suits are there to handle AV 14 cause other then a Riptide Smash in Assault nothing else can. So keep them in reserve to deep strike near the Riptide with the relay and pop some AV then probably die lol. The broadsides have been split into groups of 2 so they can spread out and shoot multiple targets if needed without having to give up skyfire or EWO. A lot of people like to hate on the Riptides with the Stim injectors because it cost a lot and they are already hard to kill as it is but the way I play my Tau is to sit everything on objectives and push the Riptides into the enemy lines along with the crisis team. So that's the list again its ment to be competitive so its not a very exciting list really cut and dry but it performs well. So place C&C let me know what you like and or don't

I don't think you need TL melta, plus melta on the crisis team. 2 melta shots a suit should do enough damage to pop armor. With the range on the fusion blaster, you probably don't need the relay either. Unless you just scatter off horribly, your ok. If the relay is close enough to matter, your riptide has gotten into something nasty, and may be assaulted. I know you want to be agressive with the tides, but even a horde of guardsmen is lethal to a riptide. Much less anything that is actually dedicated to CC. All it takes is a single wound to cause a morale check. Fail morale and it is likely you will be swept.
A fireblade might also be a subpar choice over an ethereal, considering you have a ton of gunline you can buff. 6++ on broadsides can be kind of silly, and the storm of fire will make quick work of anything that shows up to cause trouble. The extra shot at full range is OK, same with the markerlight...but I find ethereals to be far more useful for the price.

Not sure if you need that many pathfinders...maybe just 2 units, and spend the points on more broadsides?
