I'm not anywhere near the 'nid expert that some of the posters and mods are, but I -have- been convinced of the effectiveness of Flesh Hooks on both Warriors and Genestealers if you expect them to be your major CC squads. I think you might find it worth dropping a few gaunts out to equip that 'morph.

BZArcher's right. Furthermore, you won't need that beefy expensive Fex, as multitasking is generally wrong and in this case, far too expensive for doing too little. I'd make it into a standard Gunfex. Plus, I'd leave out Reinforced Chitin on both it and the other Gunfex, so to make them more tempting targets, as both the Tyrant and the Dakkafex are going to perform better in the latter stages of the game.

However, I don't know about packing Dakkafex in conjuncture with Gaunts meant for tying down units in melee, as one requires having unengaged targets to shoot at.
I'd drop all Dakkafex and a Gene brood, so to pick 1 more Spinegaunt brood, a Broodlord (Flesh Hooks, ECarapace, Toxin Sacs, Impalnt Attack) with a small Gene (ECarapace and Flesh Hooks) retinue so to have the possibility of Infiltrating closer if they're not within any enemy units' LoS OR a shooty Tyrant with 2 Guards, a couple of Zoans with Warp Blast and Synapse, beef up the Warrior broods to 4-bugs strong and give to the Tyrant Implant Attack and AG-WS (replace Miasma if needed as it's cheaper, though both work great in tandem to bring down Daemon Princes).

Then, most importantly, grant to all Spiney broods Scuttling___it'll give them a 6" headstart, rivalizing a Horma's speed and allowing them to tie down enemy units much sooner, insuring your domination of the board by gumming your adversary's gameplay.

The Hammer

My take on it would be:
Hive Tyrant ? adrenal glands +1 I, enhanced senses, implant attack, venom cannon, rending claws, warp blast
Tyrant Guard ? rending claws, scything talons, implant attack

2x3 Warriors - rending claws, scything talons, leaping, sacs, glands +1 I, flesh hooks

2x Carnifex ? scything talons, barbed strangler

2xCarnifex ? reinforced chitin, enhanced senses, barbed strangler, venom cannon

3x Zoanthrope ? Psychic Scream, Warp Blast

Xx8 Genestealer ? Extented Carapace, Scuttlers
(X = remaining points/8)

Your opponent's fire is split between 4+ save melee infantry and shooty, well-armoured TMCs. The Zoey's go with either the Tyrant or the Warriors and move towards the enemy. Once the Zoey's are within a foot and a half, the stranglers should be able to start pinning units. Non-pinned units can be assaulted, or otherwise duke it out with mobile, shooty and unmolested T6 dudes.

When soldiers think, it's called routing.
