I'm just curious if there are any spoilers in the Inquisition codex that would take away from reading any of the Eisenhorn novels or Ravenor. I've been afraid to read the background on individual inquisitors because I haven't gotten a chance to read these novels just yet.

Not really, but they do mention some of gregor's views and how they change over time due to X (all of which takes place in the books). It doesn't come right out and give away the plot or anything, but it does tell you some key points to it.

I'd read the books first. They are certainly some of the better 40k novels out there.

I'll give the novels a read first then! Thanks for the replies. I'm glad it doesn't really give anything away, but I like keeping my nose out of stuff as much as possible till I've read and enjoyed the novel!
