I was thinking of doing a small Executioners army to supplement my Black Templars, as I think the two perfectly support eachother, Executioners are about heavy armour and short-ranged firefights and Black Templars are about masses of Zerg Rushing marines with BPs and CCWs.

I was thinking for allies:

HQ: Captain, Meltagun, Powerfist

Troops: Tactical Squad, Meltagun, Power Sword (Captain goes here)

Heavy Support: Land Raider (Tactical Squad goes here)

Elites: Sternguard with combi-gravs

Dedicated Transport: Drop Pod (Sternguard goes here)

Basically the tactic is to get in as close as possible and rapid fire the crap out of anything that dares to oppose me. They'd be using Imperial Fists chapter tactics, as they are indeed Imperial Fist successors from the 3rd Founding.
Fluff-wise I figured they, still ashamed of their heresy, would team up with the Black Templars, the holiest of the Emperor's children, in order to redeem themselves and to see what crusading with the Templars is really like in hopes that something might rub off on them.
