I've decided to build a more thematic Blood Angels list as locally we play more for the love of the game than any real competitiveness. I'd just like to know how to spend my last twenty points to maybe make a unit more flexible or better at it's job. Here's what I have so far:

Dante's "Inferno":
Dante
Sanguinary Priest with Infernus pistol
10 man assault marines with Jump packs, two melta guns, Infernus Pistol/power weapon for the sergeant.

Flank Rollers:
Sanguinary Guard, power fist, death masks for crunching tanks and infantry (one axe and three sword glaives)
Baal Predator with Heavy Bolter sponsons. Usually use the Flamestorm. Sometimes try the TLAC to change things up a bit

Firebase:
Scouts with cloaks and snipers
5 assault marines, TL Las Razor

Attack Craft and helljumpers:
Storm Raven, TLLC, TLMM
5 assault marines with jump packs

So that leaves me at 1480/1500. Here are a couple things I looked at spending my points on:
Any combination of melta/flamer/plasma/power weapon/melta bombs on the 5 man vehicle squads.
An extra man for the helljumper squad (SR holds 12 men or 6 bulky) plus searchlights on the Razor and Baal Pred
Losing ten points somewhere to buy my attack craft Hurricane bolters

You guys let me know what ideas you have!

Why don't you put dante with the Sanguinary guard? You can give them meltas and just jump up and tank stuff.

When you use the Baal Pred you scout then flame, correct? Usually you can get in range easy.

The last 20 points should give a melta to the ASM in the razorback, and give melta to the ASM in the SR. Why aren't you taking off the JP to take off 35 points off the stormraven? Or does that not work?

Do you realize that you have 2 tanks? they will die quickly against all anti-tank that your opponent has. Looks good otherwise.

Giving the whole unit meltas would cost 50 points and they're all infernus pistols so unless you're deepstriking they don't do much with their short range. Also, 11 MEQ, one being a Sanguinary Priest, is tougher than 5 teq with no invuln. Ablative wounds and all that.

When I use the Flamestorm Baal, I outflank it.

It doesn't work. The storm raven is not a dedicated transport. Also paratroopers don't do so well without parachutes :p

I can reserve both tanks if I put my 5 assault marines on the field with my scouts and then just pick them up with my Razorback when it comes on from reserve. I realize I have two tanks but I plan to hide them.

I guess more melta guns never hurts but I'll be putting my Razorback in a lot of danger trying to get close enough to use the melta gun. It does give me an excuse to use the Las/plas variant though

Tip: Don't outflank your Baal Predator unless you go second. if you go first you can scout then move then flame. It works. That is, unless they put their units against the board edge.
