Hey guys,

So im making a small thousand sons force to ally with some tzeentch daemons and I am looking for some models for both my sorcerors and daemon princes. I quite like the GW sorceror models and such but I am looking for some interesting ideas as to alternatives for daemon princes. While I do like the big daemon princes (being FMC's and all), I was hoping to find a more human model, idea being that as its tzeentch the daemon would never be in its true form, for deception and fluff

In general, i would want him to be larger than a CSM lord and so far I am thinking;

  • Nightbringer

  • Many tomb king models with a little conversion work, such as;

    I do quite like this look too

    Any other suggestions?
    I am not very well clued up on other ranges out there, Ive had a quick look around but not 100% sure where the best places are. As you can see I am staying away from the mutation side of chaos where possible and I quite enjoy the angelic and egyptian look for tzeentch

    Are you limiting yourself to GW?

    If not, you have a lot of options from games like Wargods, companies like Reaper and even going outside the box to pick up conversion fodder from Impact.

    Reaper's Mephisto is a big human looking figure with angel wings for example.

    Bridgwater, somerset

    The c'tan models have a more human build than daemon princes, or the various troll models from The Lord of the rings range

    no im not limiting myself to GW and infact would be more pleased if it was from another range, il have a look at some of those sites (although my work block a few for some reason). Il see whats blocked

    And yeh I do really enjoy the c'tan models so they are definitely contenders.
