3 rounds at 2.5 hours per so not much time. Think low model count will help with time and LR and Terms are tough as nails.

My question, other than how do you think list will work, is am I allowed to take LR as Heavy choice and then later decide to throw the Terms in it? It would save me giving them Deathwing Vehicle upgrade and 60 points. Thanks for advice.

You can certainly purchase the LR's as HS to save on the upgrade, and carry or not carry as desired.

How are you planning to deploy? three units of 5? The one with the HF DS'ing with Belial for tasty no-scatter-twin-linked-template goodies?

Are they standard LRs or variants? MM or HB on the attack bike? No special weapons (or additional bodies?) on the RAS?

Anything with a high plasma content will give you problems, and the low model count will hurt for each failed save.

Since I don't have to waste 60 points on upgrade will likely run bike squad with dual plasma and a 4th bike or makbe throw a MM on AB. Will have to play a bit. Plan on challenging with straight LR mostly for 4 TL LC. Need some anti armour other than PF and CF. I was thinking of throwing a techmarine on a bike with a pfg to shadow the LR but thought I might be shot. 4+ inviln armour 14 with repair guy following might be a bit much.

Bikes will lie low to pick off any small squads or contest an objective late. Belial will indeed be with HF guy and 5 or 10 Terms depending on opposition.

If your going to run the termies in the land raider, they dont really need ranged weapons, since they will be mostly assualting that will free up some points for some more stuff. Also i would suggest taking TH SH termies, as the lightining claw ones tend to die. I like the LR idea a lot, not a lot of people are building to deal with heavy armor right now, so it may do very well. Just be careful, you only have the three troop choices and I assume you plan on fighting with them. Remember a lot of games are objective based, so if enough termies die your in trouble. Other then that I think it is a solid list.

Also if your running Multi meltas on the LR, and on atk bikes you prob dont need chain fists.

I was going to leave the MM off and run the bikes bare just for numbers. The three rounds have 2 with scoring objectives. The last one has fast attack units allowed to score. I hope to take out any AP 2 stuff with precision deepstrike flamer and firepower off of LRs then unleash the Assault cannons and storm bolters to clean up what is left. At 1500 points 15 Terminators are pretty tough but masses attacks will still kill them. Bikes are just for denial or harassment.
