My new 1250 point Necron. Any suggestions and/or comments will be greatly appreciated

My plan is to put Obyron and the cryptek with the Lychguard. Obyron will use his special ability to deep strike the unit up the field. I could use the unit to hunt tanks (thanks to the crypteks voltaic staff) or a hq hunter. The dispersion shields are there to keep the unit alive during the enemies turn after the unit deep strikes in (before they can assault).
The Overlord will be with the footslogging warriors.
