Couple tweaks:
I'd spring for shield eternal on the master.
The ironclads are fine with MG but if so; don't pay for the HF. Either have them deliver melta or go double HF; don't sit on the fence.
I'm not a fan of predators of any kind. You can make up the AT somewhere else.

Hmm, the shield eternal is nice indeed i will look into that
ah didnt see you had to pay for the HF on the ironclads, my mistake, just Meltagun then!
What should i bring instead of the predator then?

Devestators all the way. You just get more bang for your buck, and they can capitalize on cover saves.

I guess you won't like this idea because your list is intended to smash thwm with drops, which is really good. Tactic, but If you got clan raukaan supplement, i would scratch an dreadnought, and one TFC take chaplain with comandsquad and an apothecary, roll them with chaptermaster because of this reason. Gorgon chain, which has following statline-full wounds: EW, 3++,,+1FNP
-1w: EW 3++
-2w: 3++
-3 wounds 4++
You are unlikely to go down that far, because if you regain a wound with IWND you get previous level of gorgon chain BACK. It would be a statline like2+/3++ and if you roll an 3 on WL trait, you get 3+ fnp AND it doesn't take a weapon slot, so you can take an LC for extra attack... if FW is allowed, footslog him with salamanders apothecary Harath Shen, since allies can't embark on primary detachment's transport and with some luck you get 2+(!!) feel no pain roll... I played that configuration and chaptermaster managed to kill abaddon AND daemonprince of tzeentch... He was so strong it wasn't even funny(atleast for mine opponent)

Sure. The Clan Raukan supplement has a piece of wargear called Gorgon's Chain that gets weaker with each wound the character takes but starts off pretty insane. With full wound complement you get Eternal Warrior, +1 to FNP and a 3++. Because Raukan uses Iron Hands chapter tactics, all characters have IWND, but there is also a Warlord trait that can improve your FNP on top of this. So you can theoretically have EW, 3++, 3+ FNP and IWND on a 4 wound chapter master.
The idea is, he can tank for a scary unit like grav centurions so that they walk down the field with impunity, vaporizing everything in their path while he takes all the saves from incoming fire. Attaching him to a middling assault unit as suggested above would be a strictly "friendly game" exercise; you would never see it in a competitive environment.
There are also forge world shenanigans you can add to this by teaming him up with other characters.

Also worth nothing - you don't lose Eternal Warrior until you've lost 2 wounds, and Smashf-cker regains EW and the other benefits when he regens wounds via IWND. The Gorgon's Chain also does not occupy a hand, it's something worn under the armor. As a result, your angry biker chapter master can get to 5 attacks via combing your thunder hammer with a Lightning Claw. It's a great piece of wargear.
