I always question blasters and splinter racks together. I'd pull the blasters from the raider squads and the rack from vects ride which frees up points for NS on the ravagers.

I personally would pull the witches entirely but that is just because I don't like them. It's hard to run Vect in full DE because he has no good place to hide.

This is a horrid use of points on a hth transport. Especially paired with night shields.
