Anyone with any experience with the Axis & Allies 1940 Pacific and Europe which both combine to a huge game?

I own the original 80s A&As and the first Pacific game and played the first Europe version.

I've seen this huge Global version. Additional nations such as France and Italy. More units. Politics. Etc.

Worth picking up?

I own both of the newer 1940 europe and pacific games that combine for the world map. It's awesome, worth it if you like Allies and Axis but it's not cheap.
