With my Grenadier Guards sorted and well under way I've been playing with the SS-Kampfgruppe Peiper list (because I love their paint scheme) and have come up with what I believe are two viable 1,750 point lists. The first features the nearly invincible Königstiger.

And now the question about the Panzers. I'm considering using the PSC Panzer IV kit, however the kit does not have the parts for the J. Is the Panzer IV H close enough to the J that I can use it instead? Thanks, and any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I prefer the list with Panthers.
(Single King tigers seem to live under constant smoke barrages in our games!)

We would not have a problem with you using Pz IV H as Pz IV J.IF the only PZ IV in your list were all Js..
(it can be confusing when a mix of tank marks are being used though.)

However, there are some purists out there that may object.(But they tend to be few and far between , thankfully!)
