Hello to everyone who reads this.
I recently started collecting a 40k space marine (imperial fist) army.
Now that I have some models, its not enough to play an interesting normal game, so I aquired the new killteam rules.
This is the list I came up with (it's kind of an all-round list, no specific enemy in mind):

3 bikers: 98
1 sergeant: power sword, bolt pistol, power armour, frag+krak grenades, meltabombs. (dirty fighter specialist: fleshbane)
1 biker: gravgun, bolt pistol, power armour, frag+krak grenades. (Guerilla specialis: preferred enemy)
1 biker: bolt pistol, power armour, frag+krak grenades.

5 tactical marines: 100
veteran sergeant: combiplasma, bolt pistol (leader)
1 marine heavy bolter, bolt pistol, power armour, frag+krak grenades. (Indomitable specialist: relentless)
3 marines: boltgun, bolt pistol, power armour, frag+krak grenades.

Total 198

I could have dropped the heavy bolter on the tactical marine and the melta bomb on the biker sergeant, and give the tactical a missile launcher instead, but I realy like to make use of the imperial fist chapter tactics.
Please let me know what you think?

Drop the meltabomb on the biker sergeant, you're almost never going to use it. The power sword is a big point sink, but it might work out well (especially with fleshbane).

Drop the combiplasma on the sgt. With the points you saved from that and removing the meltabomb, you'll have enough spare points for another gravgun on your bikes or another marine.

A relentless HB with fists chapter tactics will probably work out okay. I would not replace this with a missle launcher, since the templates are not nearly as powerful in Kill Teams.

If dropping the veteran sgt upgrade will free up enough points for an extra marine, get the extra marine. Having 9 models on the board is arguably better than having leadership 9, since your enemy will have to kill 5 models before they force you to take moral tests.

You might also consider just dropping the bikes altogether and making two tactical squads with heavy bolters or other stuff. Fielding a lot of models is fairly important in kill teams, and your list doesn't have many.

Thank you for your feedback I will seriously consider the 2 points you had that I quoted above.

I had tought about 2 tac squads with heavy bolters, but I have some forgeworld outrider models comming my way (http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-40000/Space_Marines/Space_Marine-Infantry-and-Accessories/LEGION_MKIV_OUTRIDER_SQUADRON.html and I realy want them to be included in my force, they just look to awesome not to. My idea is not to make it to competetive that its not fun for other gamers to play against me and also to challenge myself a bit and learn the rules a bit better trough the experience. I never played a 40k game before

Again, thanks for the feedback
