We've been playing KoW for about a month now, maybe less. I was just checking a rule when I re-read the rule for regrouping after melee. If the target is destroyed, you can move your unit a full d6 forward, stopping 1" away from units.
Now maybe we are used to WHFB rules and so we got them mixed up, but this means that overrunning is actually forbidden, with the exception of fighting against individuals, in which case it is allowed. However, I've been told there is an errata somewhere that states otherwise, but I cannot seem to find it. If they mean the official FAQ from November, I cannot find any such rule there.
So is overrunning forbidden in KoW (with the aforementioned exception)? If not, can someone direct me to the rule in the rulebook (if there is one) or give me a link for this errata I've been told about (if it exists )?
Thank you.

I almost invariably have someone correct me, but your read is same as mine.

You may only overrun vs individuals.

The confusion may have come from some proposed rule changes discussed on the Mantic forums. The suggested changes were to allow Hordes to overrun vs Troops or smaller and Regiments to overrun vs Lone models. These are not official rules (though personally I do recommend them as house rules).

There is no overruning of units in the game unless the unit has the Individual special rule.

It was specifically designed to prevent large fragile units from being shielded by low points cost characters.

Seems we've been doing it wrong, but this makes much more sense, and makes the game more balanced and enjoyable, in my opinion. Today we played our first game implementing this rule. Still learning... Thanks.
