Hey all. I've been looking to do a conversion for my space Marines in making my Salamanders more thematically interesting. Not necessarily unique, but looking to crop Power Armor Marines onto Fantasy Cold Ones (or equivalent from another source). Doing some googlefu I haven't found a solid guide, and am curious how dakkanauts would go about it.

I've seen some that keep the dark elf legs, which functioned but looked slightly off. Another that cut, widened, and green stuffed biker legs which worked but left opportunity to go awry as I'm not known for sculpting. Any suggestions?

Have you considered space wolves thunderwolf calvary? I’ve not seen the kits in person, but they might work a a base.

Yes, my brother has done this using the thunderwolf cavalry legs and some strategic pins.
