A general shooty list using new combat tactics which can be found on forgeworld.

The TFC and one scout squad will sit together near the predators, bolstering their cover and the sternguard with Lias (conferring shrouding) and the other scout squad will also pair together. The purpose of this is so the scout sergeants can blast deep strikers that threaten the back line with their combi gravs, bolstered by the sternguard. Hopefully 4 grav guns + other shooting can put of units of terminators etc and help destroy foot slogging monstrous creatures. Tacs do their thing in the middle of the board and the stormtalons assured arrival on turn 2 due to Lias' reserve re rolls mean they can happily buzz around killing stuff, challenging enemy flyers and support the tactical squads.

i dunno what guns to give the tacs, would usually be missiles but I dont think this army needs more mid armour killing power, but could perhaps lack punch against av 13/14 so lascannons seem sensible, ive had good results from concealing them in normal tactical combat squads.
