Seer council and bunch of Guardians + Warlocks + Serpents combos might do it.

Or you can go with Iyanden for 10 HQ psykers.

I just did a 9 spirit seer game.

9 spirit seers
5 wraith guard
5 wraithguard
5 rangers
5 rangers
3 dark reapers (starshot)

Buffmander
10 kroot

lots and lots of buffing.
Got into the game and realized i had to much buff and not enough units to buff
its fun nevertheless

Seer council is best option, I was thinking of running it in a 800pt speed tournament.

PS. How do you think the seer council would do in a 800pt speed tournament?
