Heyo! I suck at intros, so I'll try and keep this short.
I've spent all my teenage and adult life following all manner of nerdy pursuits, but I wasn't really in a position to invest so much time and cash into a 40K army until recently. I got into the fluff after a friend loaned me Titanicus and the first few Heresy books. A few years, a couple of RTS games on the computer and a 3rd person shooter on the XBox360 finally pushed me over the edge. I started a Space Wolves army in December w/ Logan and Njal (appropriate, as where I live it sure as hell looked like Fenris outside this winter) and I just fully, FULLY finished 1850 points tonight, playing my first game tomorrow against Orkz. Looking forward to losing myself in this sort of plastic crack addiction we all share.
Kill, Burn, Purge and all that.

Dude! +1 for SHODAN, that's my icon on a couple of forums as well. Cheers! Sadly, no need for the battle report, it was ugly and I got rolled hard by horde Orkz. Let's just say there was a point I took 70d6 from a full unit of Burnas. He had 4 open-top transports loaded with just a massive amount of units. I wiped 3 of them out but that was about all. Won my challenges in melee as a SW army should, but that's about it. At least I know the problems with my list now. X.x
