Hello this is my first DE list

HQ:
Archon /w shadowfield, blast pistol, venom blade

Troops:
10x Warriors /w splinter cannon
10x Warriors /w splinter cannon
9x Wyches /w 1x Hydra Gauntlet

Raider /w disintegrator, splinter racks
Raider /w disintegrator, splinter racks
Raider /w disintegrator

Heavy support:
Ravager /w 3x disintegrator
Raveger /w 3x dark lance
Raveger /w 3x dark lance

This is total of 965 points and I am torn between archon and Lady Malys, and Raiders and venoms

This looks like a good start to a list. A couple notes though.

You should probably run your wyches in min squads of 5 with haywire and no other upgrades in venoms. This will let you move them up the board very quickly turn 1 and turn 2 haywire any vehicle to death. Unfortunately due to overwatch, they have lost their ability to be a good CC unit. But as tanks cant shoot overwatch, they have become perfect tank hunters.

You really don't need the splinter cannons on the warriors. Just run them base and use the points to put either flicker fields or night shields to ensure that your tanks will survive longer. Keeping the cardboard armor alive is much more important that a couple more shots a turn.

The archon isn't really needed in this list if you run the wyches as I stated before. I would instead run 2 Haems with a liquifier and venom blade each for about the same points and put them in the warrior squads (which will have 9 instead of 10).

1000 points is tough, but you seem to have everything you need to make a competitive list. You just need to make a few tweaks to get the most out of your units.

When you start to move towards higher point games, that's when you can start branching out into some fun units. An incubi kill squad is always fun, as are reavers (though some don't like them). If you want to go super killy, grotesques and beastpacks are great. Or you can always use more warriors and poison shots. There are plenty of ways to expand, but this army gives a good base to work off of.

Change those dissies into dark lances. You need as much dark lances as possible. I don't think wyches are worth it. I would switch to more kabal.

I wanted to keep one ravager with disintegrators as i often find myself facing 2+ enemies. I think that 9 dark lances is enough for 1k points and if i concentrate my fire i can take out pretty much any vehicle (except flyers). I've replace squad of wyches with more kabalites as im not really a fan of wyches. I have no idea what HQ i should take and im left with 145 points for HQ and upgrades. Also i don't think i want to spend points on flickerfields as all the vehicles have jinx save.

I could take 2 homonculi as my HQ and drop 1 splinter cannon warrior in 2 units. It'd leave me with bit less dakka but more points for upgrades.
