So my GW store is starting a fight club league, This is a escalation league, I'm not to sure about the command unit, also not sure about the Storm Talon, taking it mostly for AA, is that something that I need to worry about in a list this size.

Here's where I'm at:

librarian-psyker(2) Combo grav gun-100

Terminator squad(bare bones)=200


Tac 1 (5) Plasma pistol, Plasma Rifles -100
Rhino-35

Tac 2 (5) plasma Pistol, Flamer-90
Razorback, Las Cannons-75

Storm Talon Typhoon Launcher-135

This list is 745 just going to add a meltabomb to a sargent,
I'm not sold on the termies, open to what to do with the 200 pts.

If all goes right, your libby shouldn't need a grav-gun or any gun. He should be using his pyschic powers.

But, I've found that it never hurts, failing a psychic power, deny the witch, and a hundred other little things means that he probable should have one, though I go for the cheap and decent boltpistol.

I like my librarians with a bolt pistol, so they get an extra swing with their force weapon.

AA at 750 is entirely dependent on the guys you play with. You managed to fit a flyer into your list with no problem, do you think other people can do the same?

Plasma pistols are not worth the points IMHO. I think you would get more milage out of a power weapon, or a combi weapon, or spent on upgrades elsewhere.

What chapter tactics are you using? Are there any odd rules in the league? Some have one where you can only add stuff to units/lists, so once you take something you are stuck with it. This can change what kind of list you use at the lower points.

If you want to keep the terminators, give them some upgrades, A heavy weapon and chainfist of you have points.

Swap the pistols to combis that match the squad. This will free up points and improve the squad’s shooting.

I like skyhammers on talons. Less points, still good firepower.
