Torture Victim in the Bowels of the Rock

Been jumping in and out of the hobby for years. Finally deciding to stay in for a while provided I can actually get a group of players that I get along with. Going to be fielding Dark Angels this time around, Death Wing specifically. Got about 1k Points so far. Any advice/information appreciated.
