Hmm... well, here are my thoughts, though I'm not much of a tournament player.

I would personally concentrate on just one max unit, rather than 2 min units. I just think either unit maxed is a more efficient use of points, especially once you've payed for their respective U/As. I also think you could do much better than a Crusader for a Jack, and that some support pieces, like a Vassal and/or Wracks, would be very good buys to help out this list. So, with that in mind, I'd look at something like:

Harby (+5)

Reckoner (3)
Avatar (11)

Choir min (2)
Either Holy Zealots or TFG, max+UA (8)

Vilmon (3)
Paladin (2)
Paladin (2)
Vassal of Menoth (2)
Covenant (2)

The Reckoner in this case gives you some ranged power and is a great baby sitter for Harbinger, so she can stay up front to use Martyrdom on Vilmon and co. With her awe and the Reckoner's Ashen Veil, she's DEF16-18 against most attacks (not all however), which gives her some survivability.

Covenant could also be changed out for a Heirophant to heal or help with casting spells - Covenant is pretty sweet, but in a multi-list format there are better lists he could be in, in my opinion.

Another option would be to try out Harbinger's Tier force - trade one unit (either TFG or Zealots), and the Covenant for 2 more Crusaders (which you can afford, thanks to the tier discount).

What would be more effective zealots or Tfg? And I do agree I tested a few rounds of small games and came to the conclusion crusaders not most optimal choice, when I considered the list above I was thinking towards her martyr dom for the models i need in play possibly less useful depending how my opponent was playing/how I was fairing against said opponent, now if I drop Tfg and take max zealots and ua, do you think it would hinder me from objectives?

Zealots can be very good, and are one of our tourney staples. The thing is they only have one really good turn (being invincible) and after that, they're so easy to kill its not funny, to the point where Martyrdom is hard to justify on them. You can certainly martyr some to keep more alive before their invincible turn, so that more are alive to jam up the enemy. Generally, you'll save Martyrdom to protect your Paladins from the occasional magical attack.

The thing about the Zealots is, for that one turn you can push them right into the jaws of the enemy without worry, which can be great for contesting enemy objectives, or stopping the enemy swarming onto yours. With Harbinger, you can feat early on (turn 2 maybe) to stop enemy infantry advancing, while yours gets into place, then turn 3 pop minifeat, and walk in to bomb the enemy and contest objectives. They also have pretty good bombs, as POW 14 (unde Ferver) makes them decent at hurting mid ARM targets, and their POW 8 blast clears high def infantry easily.

One useful trick for you with Zealots when facing light infnatry - stagger your zealots, so that they're not all going to be tied up in combat at once. When your unit is mostly tied up in melee by infantry the turn after they pop mini-feat (Zealots suck in melee), simply walk one out of combat, and let him die to the free strike. Your unit will now be ARM 16 from the Monolith Bearer, which is enough to survive blast damage, so just have any models outside of bomb straight into combat - doesn't matter if you miss because the blast probably won't kill your guys, and if you kill the enemy, the zealot freed from combat can now bomb the next target

Anyway, good luck with the list, let us know how it goes.

Thank you, sorry it's been awhile got busy for a bit. So I played with Tfg and holy zealots in a few different games and I came to find that zealots brought a interesting twist to the game I think they were as you said a staple to the army I def prefer them over Tfg. I do so enjoy the list you provided me it's very fun and pretty effective with the meta I play with, most people have grown to despise Harby more and more lol if I decide to bump up to fifty pts what would you suggest?

Heh, sounds like you've been doing well

As for expanding, there are a bunch of ways you could take the list from here. 35points is always about trying to squeeze in what you *need*, 50 points is more about what you *want*. A second unit like your TFG, Errants or Bastions, perhaps a Vessel of Judgement (amazing with the Paladins), perhaps a Merc option like Forgeguard with attendant Priest. Then there are all the little support options that open up to you - wracks, Heirophant Rhupert Carvolo, Gorman Di Wolfe, Aiyana and Holt... The list goes on. I'll expand some thoughts about your options when I get home tonight
