Subject: Please help me identify a miniature.

I found this bladed wonder in the LGS' used bin and immediately thought it would make a great Imperial Assassin. However, I am curious about its intended use and who manufactured it. Could anyone ID this figure?

That's a Necromunda Spyrer, can't remember the sub-type off the top of my head.
