Hello,

So, do either the P3 or Vallejo brown ink give a glossy finish? I'm looking for inks like the old GW range, back when they had glossy inks. I don't really want to go over the model again with a gloss varnish, just want the ink itself to be glossy.

they are both pretty matte. You could always add some gloss medium to your inks (just thin it a bit).

My bottle of p3 brown ink dries really glossy and has a dark cherry color

Hmm, ok, I think what I want is basically a Burnt Umber acrylic artist ink.
