So I've got a couple games coming up using what I believe is referred to as school league rules. Decided to join in order to break up the bigger games I've been playing more of recently. That being said I've decided to play necrons and think leveraging the pseudo AV 13 might be the key in these smaller games. Here is what I was thinking of running.

Destroyer Lord- Weave (160)

10 Warriors- (130)

8 Warriors- (104)
Ghost Ark- (115)

Annihilation Barge- (90)

Destroyer Lord joins the 10 man warrior unit to give PE and breaks off to intercept assaults. Gives me some strong shooting in combination with having boots on the ground. Not a fan of min warrior units as they just don't have any staying power, just personal preference really. Just hoping people with experience with this format will weigh in.

Drop 3 of the Warriors out of the Ark (they only need to jump out around turn 5 to claim an objective), switch the group of 10 walking Warriors to Immortals instead. 10 Tesla Immortals would not only be more survivable, but would benefit much more from Preferred Enemy (if you reroll 1s to 6s, good things happen).
