Ok I Play Circle mainly but uh im kinda clueless. Im a hands on kind of learner, I can read all the rules until im blue in the face but it wont sink in. I started my Circle by getting models that adhere to Kaya and E Kaya teir lists.... I think that was a dumb idea. Now im working with Kromac and I only have a vauge idea of how to move him in for an assassination. Teleport using shifting stones and leap into B2B pop feat end game. I dont think that tactic will work every time...any one know or care to share Kaya or Kromac tactics?

As a newbie, avoid Tier lists. They are a mixed bag of effectiveness, some are good and some are bad. Kaya's are bad with the exception of eKaya's new NQ tier.
For Kromac, his personal assassinations rarely involve stones. He usually goes Beast mode, walks forward, then leaps into position.
Although usually the Kromac assassination is the the form of a teleported Stalker or Ghetorix who uses Warpath to get into position. 1) Teleport with stone 2) kill enemy model 3) warpath to get the enemy caster in melee range 4) win game. The Stalker/Ghetorix usually gets Primal'd as well.
The above tactic also works just to kill infantry. Teleport stalker into enemy infantry, warp for bezerk, put Sprint on yourself, kill models, Warpath to get more models into melee range, kill more models, and then run away like a little girl.
Also, Bestial is money. It will annoy the feth out of many enemy casters, especially any that have useful spells.
What do your lists usually look like? The holy trinity of beasts for Kromac is Ghetorix, Stalker, and Gorax. That's all the important animi circle needs really.

Kaya2 actually has one of the best tier lists in the game, but it forces you down a weird path that you shouldn't be focusing on if you want to learn general tactics.
For Kaya1, a way I tend to suggest that sounds weird but works in the long run is "be a coward." Keep your distance, shave-off your opponent's front line each turn so they have to walk into a kill zone and grind them out. You can run a guerilla war pretty effectively with her against many things save hard hitting guns, which you can close into pretty quickly with her. You have plenty of accuracy, so look for hitting power of infantry-sweeping, like Razorwing Griffons, Warpwolf Stalkers or Pureblood Warpwolves. Play her like anything in the world can kill her and treat your stuff like it's a glass shot gun.
For Kaya2, you want to try and maximize your feat. The goal with her is to try and get two alpha strikes a lot of the time. She has the similar "play it scared" like Kaya1, but she can actually survive in melee a bit and can assassinate in a pinch. Use your feat to try to hit your opponent as hard as possible and do as much damage as you can. Don't expect to kill everything, but instead do enough harm that when you commit a second time, they simply die due to sheer daamge. You'll often have faster beasts than they ahve other models, whcih hit harder than they can take. She does well with playing ot this. Ghetorix, Warpwolf Stalkers, and Feral Warpwolves are really good with her.
As for Kromac, a bit suggestion I have is don't aim to assassinate with him. Use his feat and his assassination as a threat, not an end game. Instead, if you gun for the opponent, aim to kill them with your warbeasts. Shifting Stones + Warpath give you pretty stupid threat ranges and angles. Try to look for those, and punish opponents who get too close if you need to. He also runs a hit-and-run game rather well. Warpwolf Stalkers + Warpath + Lightning Strike can mean you charge a front line, kill it, and then be back where you started. He "shaves down" other armies really well in a kind of grinding, meticulous fashion. HIs Beast Form and its potential to kill softer 'casters, again, is a threat. Use it as one.
And stuff.

Reading the rules and playing the game are two totally separate things. The former is necessary, however the later is how you really learn (school of hard knocks, and all that).
OK, first up, with kromac – you’re doing it wrong. You can’t teleport and leap. Things that stop charging stop him using his leap ability. And when you teleport, you sacrifice your movement ergo, no charges. That said, the kromac assassination is solid. It might not be the thing in every game, but I’ll be honest – Kromac is my favourite circle caster, and a huge amount of my wins have resulted from “Kromac to the face”. I think he is a very easy caster to get to grips with, but unlike other “starter” choices, Kromac offers a huge amount of depth as a caster, and “levels up” withyou – as your understanding of the game deepens, and your skill increases, you’ll find that kromac’s in game presence also grows alongside your skill level, and constantly offers you more and does more as well. With regard to the “Kromac to the face”, here is how it works: In your maintenance phase, you nom all the fury, and hulk out *(note, you can also hulk out when you pop your feat, if you need man-mode for anything! However, its less efficient in terms of maximising your fury use). You move 6”. Leap 5”. And you’ve got 2” reach. It gives Kromac a 13” threat range which is excellent. Apply Mat8 attacks with an extremely solid P+S, plus 7 fury worth of boosts/additional attacks, and then pop feat for 7 more fury worth of boosts, and additional attacks. 16 fury. It’ll kill most casters in the game (bar things like an iron fleshed butcher camping 5 focus, or Terminus sitting on feat turn) with a very good degree of reliability. Here’s the thing. Most folks who know what Kromac does won’t give you that 13”. Circumstances might force them to get closer, in which case it’s up to you whether you want to go for the throat or not, but don’t think that a Kromac to the face should be your only win condition. You’ve got beasts, and you’ve got scenarios to worry about too.
How you work Kromac is abusing Warpath. Kill something, and a warbeast moves 3”. It opens up a lot of non-linear threat vectors. Warpath is his bread and butter, and allows kromac no end of movement shenanigans, as well as huge alphastrike potential. Combined with the Stalkers animus, and you can charge, kill stuff and retreat out of retaliation range. You’ve got inviolable resolve, which when combined with skinwalkers makes them ARM20 in melee – perfect tarpit unit for jamming infantry, and scoring/contesting zones. Alternatively, put it on one of your warpwolves.
Also, other factors to consider is bestial. Its his “ LOL at cryx” spell, whereby he neuters magic casters.
