BAron with the Helions. Razorwing is the only thing I'm not super stoaked on. More of a token air defense?

I do too. Very fast and aggressive but i'm wondering if it'll work in a wider meta?

I'd run a third ravager over the razorwing.

With the 30 points would you give the ravagers nightshields or flicker fields or add 2 more helions

Instead of the helions, I would run a beastpack and throw the barron in with them. Helions are meh at best, and a beastpack can throw out an enormous amount of wounds. With the baron, they get grenades, hit and run, and bonus to cover.
For 240 points, you can get 5 beastmasters, 5 khymerae, and 8 razorwing flocks. On the charge you'll be putting out 48 WS4 rending attacks with the flocks alone! This unit will do much more damage with the baron then 15 helions.

So that would mean blending the reavers into two units?

Yep, or dropping a couple of them to add upgrades to your vehicles.
