For the price of 5 marines with a flack missile, you could buy one of the new dedicated AA tanks (with points to spare). You have a free HS slot.
Blowing 5 marines apart is not that hard. What I suspect is going to happen is that your opponent will kill the ones that irritate him, and move away from/ignore the rest. And your Salamander-preferred close range guns are not going to be much of a threat to him. Against an enemy with any maneuverability, he is going to dictate the terms of engagement, and that is not going to go well for you. Salamanders want to spend as much of the game in flamer template range as they can, footslogging is not the best way to get there.
I would keep your squads together, and use MMs as a heavy (if you take one at all) or a HB just to snap-fire on the move.
MM/HF dreads are good for podding, bad for slogging. If you are going to walk them forward, I’d go AsC/DCCW(SB) or keep them in the backfield with long range guns. Alternatively, replace with ironclads

Second dropping the flak missiles. Even if you keep the launchers, you can basically afford a hunter/stalker by dropping the flaks. I would drop some missiles down to multi meltas or heavy bolters, but taking none is probably best.
Also agree about the dreads.

I dont own any pods right now, what would be better to run instead of missile launchers? I like the idea of the multi melta as they would beb mastercrafted so thats 2 chances on snapshots, what would you reccomend on the dreadsinstead of mm/hf

If you mean to build a competitive Vulkan melta list, then you need to invest heavily in drop pods (5 or 7).
If mass drop pods is infeasible within your budget, then I would strip most of heavy weapons off your marines and run them as dedicated bubblewrap for your vehicles (move up the field 6" + run every turn, while providing cover for your vehicles behind them). If you buy only 1 drop pod, use it for a melta alpha strike. Dreadnoughts are decent for this, as are Command squads and Sternguard.
Replace the power fists on your dreadnoughts with autocannons, and maybe the MM too (it's difficult to get those into melta range without a droppod, and the autocannons are only slightly less effective against other vehicles). If you face a lot of Monstrous Creatures, then you might consider keeping the power fist.
If you have access to more predators, use those instead of the dreadnoughts. If you need AA, get a stalker or group your flakk missile launchers into a 7 man devastator squad bubble-wrapping your predator.
Equip your landspeeders with either HF or MM, don't mix weapons. Run them as individual squads so that you have flexibility.

Drop those MLs, include MMs instead, Add dedicated AA.
The speeders are great albeit unfluffy.
I also hate the predator. I am not sure what role you see it filling. It'll be chillen by itself in the back corner of your deployment zone and will either be an easy KP or won't have LOS. Shave it and replace with something more effective.

If you are running up the field with tacticals, a MM in a vulcan list is not a bad plan.
If you are siting back camping troops, the LC or PC is a good choice, depending on what kind of threats you are worried about.
If you are sitting back shooting with the dreads, the TLLC/ ML is not a bad option out of the box, or if you have the bits 2xTLACs do a good job on light armor or putting wounds on flyers/ MCs. I prefer going for the hard kill, rather then stripping hull points, but I’m old fashioned that way.
For walking dreads, I’m a fan of the assault cannon. It puts out a solid amount of mid-range firepower, has the number of shots to work on infantry, and between S6 and rending can threaten vehicles. I like keeping the powerfist. Sometimes, you just need to tear things apart in CC.

This is all good info.
I do not think salamanders will see much success playing defensively. They will be massively outgunned against other popular armies at the moment.
