i wanted 6 wave serpents but then i loose all kinds of abilities to kill av 13+ and theres going to be a few necron players in this tourney, so i went with 5 and 4 ways to break quantum shielding, how do you guys think this will do?

Pretty solid I reckon, holo serpents on the whole are a nuisance to kill.
What kind of a win are you going for? Last turn contests, with line breaker, first blood?

You should be able to table some players with this many serpents in 1750, either way good luck!

Honestly, without a spiritseer, wraithguard are outclassed by fire dragons, which are cheaper, and much more effective.The shard on the autarch can be nice, but I find that the points can be better spent elsewhere. Regardless, you are running 5 holofield serpents and a WK, so you should be fine.
